Measure K: Shall the Utility Users Tax Ordinance be amended reducing the tax on telecommunications and video from 6% to 5.5%, exempt low income persons/seniors/disabled from energy taxes, adding wireless and modernizing ordinance to treat taxpayers the same regardless of technology; to generate approximately four million annually, until ended by voters or reduced by City Council to help fund essential services including: police, fire protection, youth programs, parks and recreation, and all money staying local?
