I believe that my education and experience give me a combination of skills that will be especially helpful to the agency. I have a good understanding of the legal, regulatory, and financial issues that the water agency faces. I also understand the operational issues that must be addressed as local supply projects are brought on line. Most importantly, I have been actively involved in the community dialogue regarding how we will ultimately solve the problem that our valley faces.
